It began in 2013 with two members and as of 2023 there are over 160 members. To mark the 68th Birthday of the Presiding Bishop, wrappers were given out all members of the special class.

Added to that, a cheque of N100,000 is usually given to a parent in that class who delivered a set of twins as a way of supporting that particular family.
